The Classic Vialone Nano is a rice with a porous grain, which completely absorbs the taste of the ingredients used. It is suitable for all risotto, in particular for risotto with meat, fish, mushrooms, radicchio, aged cheeses.
Classic Semi-Refined Vialone Nano is slightly darker than Classic Vialone Nano because it is less processed; this makes the grain even more tasty, rich in nutritional properties and with 70% more fiber than the Classic Vialone Nano, making it ideal for all diets that require a high percentage of fiber. In addition, the Classic Semi-Refined Vialone Nano preserves its consistency for a long time even when cooked.
