The Riso Nano Vialone Veronese I.G.P. is a grain porous rice that absorbing fully the taste of the seasoning used. It is suitable for all risotto, in particular for risotto with meat, fish, mushrooms, radicchio, aged cheeses. It has an excellent kept of the cooking, the grain maintains its consistency for a long time even after cooking.
The Semi-Refined Nano Vialone Veronese I.G.P. is slightly darker than Nano Vialone because it is less processed; this makes the grain even more tasty, rich in nutritional properties and with 70% more fiber than the Nano Vialone Veronese I.G.P. making it ideal for all diets that require a high percentage of fiber. In addition, the Semi-Refined Nano Vialone Veronese I.G.P. preserves its consistency for a long time even when cooked.
